We lost 126lbs in 1 Week!!!
The 30 participants in May's 10 in 21 Challenge lost 126lbs in the first week! That is an average of 4.2 lbs a person!! Here are some things they had to say.....

I have been buried with finals and papers for school, but I wanted to take a few minutes to send you a quick note and let you know how "HIGH" I feel!
The timing of the challenge, although I thought would not be so great, has actually turned out to be a wonderful experience for me.
I would like to share a few of the "rituals" that I USED TO follow during midterms and finals weeks: snacking on chips and salsa while nervously studying, drinking a soy chai at midnight while tapping out a final paper, eating a piece of chocolate cake, because you can't properly enjoy a Chai Latte without chocolate! duh. oh and lest I fail to mention the giant cookies loaded with nuts, chocolate, raisins, or candies that tempt me from the middle of the table during all night study groups. Wow - that sounds disgusting.
Your, "What is it that you really want?" message has been relayed loudly and clearly to me (and I hope to the others as well). I feel so good, or as I described it in my first sentence, "HIGH." So, not only has this challenge helped me shed a few pounds, it has also helped me focus on my schoolwork - without the distractions of sugar and caffeine crashes - and it has helped me focus on and align with WHAT I REALLY WANT! (not only in the way of food).
Thank you, thank you, thank you - oh and in case you missed my FB post on this: my most recent "favorite find" to replace my addiction to soy lattes: 2/3 carton of French Vanilla Myoplex + 2 shots of espresso = delicious, protein laden latte.
Back to work for me - I have approximately 30 hours of University of Texas time to go! (finished tomorrow at 5:30)
