But you will grossly underestimate what you can accomplish in a year with focused action. Ask yourself these questions...
What would happen if you tracked your spending everyday for a year? (Save Major $$$)
What would happen if you tracked your food everyday for a year? (Lose Freakin Fat)
What would happen if you saved $5 day for a year? ( $1865 bones man!)
What if you did Crossfit for 2 days a week for a year? (It's beyond your imagination)
I looked for quick fixes most of my adult life until I was about 28 years old. Then somehow, someway, it got anchored in my brain that if I lived life on the theory of compound interest that my world would begin to flourish in due time.
NOT a long time. Just due time. Which is going to be longer than 1 month but doesn't have to take longer than 1 year to make a MAJOR impact on your world.
Make a decision about something that is important to you and take an action everyday for a year and see what happens. It will blow you away.

In between intervals I did 20 push ups
