Day 85 of 100 - Practicing for "Angie" (100 Pull Ups, 100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats for time)
March 26th.
Angie is THE bench mark for basic strength and muscle endurance. I have done it twice before, once in 24:30 and then in 20:30. I want to crush it at next Tuesdays test in 18 minutes or less. So tonight I practiced with the following.....
Workout:
Warm up an Drills
100 Pull Ups in 7:45 (at 90% effort)
100 Push ups in 4: 25 (at 90% effort)
Total 12:10....I will have to really rock those Sit ups and Squats next week! Chelsea will video the carnage so everyone can witness it.
Stretching
4 sets of 4 reps on the bench press of 225lbs
3 sets of 10 on Incline press machine
2 sets of 10 on Cable Flys
Stretching
