Day 81 of 100 - Commitment is Hard but fullfilling

March 22nd.

I don't mean commitment is hard like its not worth doing or maybe I should've chosen something else to be committed too....this is my thought process....

When we commit to something it often indicates that we struggled in that area in the first place. If relationships were tough for you it might be difficult for you to commit to one....get it? But if we give ourselves over to the commitment and do what we say we would do MAGIC begins to brew. Things happen to us in those areas of commitment that we had not imagined would ever come to pass.

With me an area I have committed to is lifting heavier weights. I know. Kind of boring, (believe me I have others).  It would really help my Crossfit scores and plus it is fun for me.

Let me rephrase that......the practice and training are not always fun (hence the issue), but the end result is fun and thus worth the work.

So today in the gym I did heavy back squats (at least for me) to start that journey!!
