Day 80 of 100 - Cleaning House

March 21st.

The quest continues to have every room in our house decluttered and at peace. This weekend I took on my office. You know how it is....cable bills from 2001, a bunch of electronic wires and old cells phones I "might" need some information off of, and just tons of trash that I once thought was useful.......and now......its gone.  Two bags of trash and 1 visit to the container store later.....My office closet, bookshelf, and and desk drawers look like something out of extreme home make-over. MAN.....that feels good.  Here is my workout....

5K at town lake. (It was beautiful.)

Stretching and 100 Push ups!

FOOD:

 

#1 EAS Original Shake, 300 cals
#2 (4)Morning Star Vegetarian Sausage, 320 Cals
#3 Pro Complex shake and 1 handful of Nuts and Seeds, 250 cals
#4 (20oz) of tuna (mixed with 3 table spoons of light mayo which has no sugar), 550 cals
#5 EAS shake, 300 cals
Total: 1720 Cals and 240 grams of Protein
