Day 79 of 100 - Breakfast with my Mom and Aunt

March 20th.

Today Chelsea and I had breakfast with my Mom and Aunt Pam. (I had 3 eggs and 2 Sausage patties with black coffee and Splenda.)  They have been absolutely incredible in transferring my Grandma to an assisted living home in South Austin. My Grandma is still pretty sharp and funny but she developed a habit of wanting to take a walk in her house coat out to Burnet Rd from her old apartment. Now she has a little more supervision. All of the ladies in my life are such role models. (It hope it evens out my adolescent behavior.) Here is my workout and food...

I went to Ironsmith for my workout. I have a key to train my clients there, but hit it up for my workouts  when Pure Austin is closed. I can crank up the music and go topless.  (Although if someone would have caught me working out without a shirt and listening to Justin Beiber I might never have recovered my manhood.)

Warm Up and Drills

4 Rds of 25 Squats, 25 Push ups, and 20 Core rotations

Dumbell Shoulder   Press

30's x 10, 32's x 10, 35's x 10, 40's x 10

Kettle Bell (35lbs)

Single arm Snatch, each arm 10 times

Single arm Press, each arm 8 times

Two hand High Rows (ground to chin) x 20

#2 3 Eggs and 2 Sausage Patties and Black Coffee, 400 Cals
#3 (4)Morning Star Vegetarian Sausage 320 Cals
#4 (2)OS trim (Ostrich Jerky) and 3 handfuls Nuts and Seeds, 500 Cals ( 3rd Movie)
#5 EAS shake and 1 handful of nuts and seeds 350 cals
#6 Fajita beef (4oz) and chicken (3oz) and 10 asparagus 400 Cals
#7 EAS Original Shake and 6 handfuls of Pistachios 800 Cals  (too much!!)
Total: 3070 Cals and 310 grams of Protein
