Day 78 of 100 - How did I get stronger???

March 19th.

I went to the gym this afternoon and to my surprise I have gotten stronger! Here is what happened...

I did a different warm up today before lifting heavier weights on the bench press and I couldn't believe the results....

Workout

Warm Up and Drills...plus...I did 10 Rds of 10 squats, 10 push ups, and 5 core rotations

Bench Press

135 (8 times), 185 ( 5 times), 205 (5 times), 215 (4 times), 225 (4 times), 235 (3 times)

I haven't put more than 215 on the bar in over a year!! I was stoked man!!!

I also did 15 leg lifts for abs in between each bench set

 

FOOD

 

#1 EAS Original Shake 300 cals
#2 Nuts and Seeds and 1 shot of Expresso 200 Cals
#3 (4)Morning Star Vegetarian Sausage 320 Cals
#4 (3)OS trim (Ostrich Jerky) and 5 handfuls Nuts and Seeds 650 Cals (in the movies!)
#5 EAS shake and 1 handful of nuts and seeds 350 cals (in the second movie!!)
#6 Pro Complex Shake and 1 handful of nuts and seeds 200 Cals
#7 6 oz Chicken, 2 pieces Bacon, mushrooms 400 Cals
#8 EAS Original Shake and 2 handfuls of Pistachios 450 Cals
Total: 2870 Cals and 320 grams of Protein
