Day 77 of 100 - Attack your Weaknesses

Front squats are the death of me, but I am determined to get better in the next 6 months.  I came face to face with them again in today's Crossfit workout...

Workout

Warm Up and Drills

2 min all out on the following exercises with a 1 minute rest in- between

Row machine (burned 50 Cals)

Front Squats (135lbs)- did 15

Pull Ups - did 40

Chest Burpees - did 35

Ring Dips - 21

Afterwards.....Finished my 100 Push Ups!

 

FOOD

 

#1 EAS Original Shake 300 cals
#2 (1) OS Trim, 2 handfuls of Nuts and Seeds, and 1 shot of Expresso 250 Cals
#3 (2)Morning Star Vegetarian Sausage (MSV) and (2)Egg Whites 200 Cals
#4 EAS Original Shake and Pistachios 350 Cals
#5 (2)OS trim (Ostrich Jerky) and 1 handful Nuts and Seeds 250 Cals
#6 (2)MSV sausage, 1 handful Nuts and Seeds 200 Cals
#7 8 oz Tuna, 14 spears of Asparagus, EAS Original Shake and Pistachios 700 Cals
Total: 2250 Cals and 280 grams of Protein
