Day 75 of 100 - New lease on life

March 16th.

Man....when we eat good,  have a super workout, and give of ourselves.... the world around us changes to a glorious place. I know this is exactly opposite of what the self destructive side of the brain (and unfortunately the default mode) is telling us. For some odd reason it says... eat like shit, don't workout, be totally selfish and that will make you feel better. Can you believe our brain is selling us that BS?? But if we take action on what we know is the Truth... as Belinda Carlyle said....Heaven is a place on earth. Here is my workout and food....

Workout

Warm Up and Drills

800 meter run, 21 overhead push jerks (95lbs), 1000m row, 21 push jerks  for time.

I did it in 9:21 mostly due to a 2:30 800 run. If I could have sucked it up just a little more on the row I could have accomplished the goal of beating that dang former Navy Seal who did the workout in 8:48. I am ON that dude though.

100 Push ups!!
