Look out baby! The Crossfit Sectionals are on Saturday and Sunday. They released the workouts yesterday. I don't even remember the 2nd and 3rd ones, but here is the first one at 8:30am on Saturday morning....
Row 2000 meters
Then 1 shot at dead-lifting 275 lbs as many times as you can without stopping.

My workout today was an another easy one in prep for Saturday.
Warm up and drills
5 Rounds of the following
Quarter squat 135lbs x 5, 20 sit ups, 7 chest burpees
And then 100 Push Ups!
