Day 68 of 100 - Get that Mojo workin!
March 9th.
Man oh man. I debated on going to Crossfit today with my stomach flu, but my sweet wife suggested I just go and do the best I could. (I love that woman.) My whole body felt like it had all the blood drained from it. But...I ate an apple at 5:45am before my first appointment, half a peanut butter sandwhich, and one more apple ...Here is how it went...
Warm up and Drills
3 Rounds of the following for time:
38 Walking Lunges, 15 Dead Lifts (225lbs), 21 Pull Ups.
It took me 18 minutes and 45 seconds and I came in last but I was grateful for finishing.
100 Push Ups!!
