Day 66 of 100 - A Perfect 10

March 7th.

I went to the gym this afternoon to perform my Perfect 10 Routine...

It goes like this...you do every exercise for only 10 reps, BUT you do them as perfectly as possible. It is a cure for boredom in the gym. Here is what I did... (I tripled up on couple of them at the beginning).

Warm Up and Drills and 30 Push Ups

Body Weight Bench Press 10 times (185lbs) then 10 Pull Ups  (I did this 3 times)

10 Dips

10 Walking Lunges (holding a 25lbs weight over my head)

10 Front Squats (135lbs)

10 Kettle Bell Swings

10 Hanging Toe Touches on the bar

10 Push Ups on the Bosu

10 Push Ups with Med Ball under 1 hand

10 Push Ups with Med Ball under the other hand

10 Clapping Push Ups

10 Close Hand Push Ups

10 Wide Arm Push Ups

10 Regular Push Ups

Stretching
