Day 62 of 100 - Mr. M's 1 year results

March 3rd.

Today I had a client hit his 1 year mark. His name is Mr. M and this is what he has done...

 

-234 to 217 lbs ( 6ft 4in tall, age 45)
-26% body fat to 14%
-Went from carrying 60 pounds of fat to 30 lbs of fat
-Gained 13 lbs of lean muscle
- All of his suits had to be altered
-Went from pressing 20 lbs weights to 50lbs
-8 squats in 1 min with hurting knees to 100 in 4 minutes with no knee pain
-7 push ups in one minute to 100 in 4 minutes
-Laid on the ground for half of our first few easy workouts and now he is KILLING advanced level fitness routines
-Boxing skills and conditioning have improved
-Run without his knees hurting
-Intuitively understand the mind to muscle concept for max results
-NEVER worked out on his own to easily being able to do a strong 20 minutes almost daily on his own
-Easily climbed in and out of his race car at Pro Drivers camp while his peers MOANED and GROANED
-Set an example for countless other people

Warm up and Drills
