Day 57 of 100 - Boy oh Boy That's Heavy

It is Friday and I am SORE SORE from hitting the training all week. Today's workout was a booger, but I was able to rock on through it...

Warm up and Drills

2 minutes of regular Jump Rope

30 Double Unders (that 2 spins of the rope per one jump)

5 Rounds of the following 2 exercises for time (or in laymen, as fast as you f$%&#n can)

275 lbs Deadlift x 5

Chest Burpees with Jump and Clap x 10

Funny how much heavier things are after 10 Burpees.  I did it in 9 minutes 5 seconds.

And then 100 Push Ups!!
