Day 56 of 100 - Last Place Sucks
February 25th.
I could make all sort of excuses.....fatigue from the marathon, being a little under the weather, not really feeling the mojo... Blah, Blah, Blah....but the fact is finishing in last place today in Crossfit Class exposed a major weakness...
I knew when I saw it on the board it was going to be a Bizatch.....I can run the 400 meters nearly 40% faster than anyone BUT when it comes to moving heavy weight Daddy needs to put in more practice...

155lbs Squat Clean with over head press (10 Reps)
That means right after you bust butt rowing for 2 minutes straight, you lift 155lbs from the ground to your shoulders and then front squat the weight till your legs are at 90 degrees or below, then stand up and lift it over your head....10 times....x 3.

I finished last in class at a time of 20 minutes and 55 seconds.
BUT I will work on this until I can throw that 155 threw the roof of that joint 20 times!!
