Day 47 of 100 - What does the word Sprawl mean?
February 16th.
Back to Crossfit. I saw the workout on Facebook before I went and it said Sumo Dead Lift High Pull with Kettle Bell and "Sprawl"....Huh?.....Here is what it means...
SDLHP with Sprawl means you pick up a 70lbs kettle bell from a squat and pull it under you chin...set the Bell down and put your hand out on the ground.....jump your feet back and then jump them back forward....then pick the Bell up again.
So essentially a burpee.
It was actually a super workout.
Warm Up
SDLHP with Sprawl and Kettle Bell Squat Thusters (squat with 30 lbs dumbbells on your shoulders and then stand and lift them over your head)
10 of both, 9 of both, 8, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
And 100 Push Ups!!!
