Day 38 of 100 - Its hard for me to be mean

February 7th.

Today at the gym I saw 2 guys doing Crossfit type movements. It is so funny to watch myself practice moronic male machismo. I postured around doing Hand Stand Push Ups and snapping my hanging cleans while assessing their strengths and weaknesses.

I pictured myself crushing them at the Games.....and then when I said hello (initially as an intimidation tactic)....

As always, I find myself in admiration of their hard work, their willingness to share training secrets, etc. Just a couple of great guys.

Workout:

Warmup (including 20 push ups)
- 40 Hanging cleans
- 12 Hand Stand Push Ups
- 250 meter row
3 Rounds

Finished with 44 pushups in a row to complete 100 push ups!!
