Day 36 of 100 - Short but Sweet

February 5th.

Today I did a workout that Crossfit calls the "Helen".  Its short... between 10 and 15 minutes but you feel like you worked out for an hour.

Warm up

400 meters

21 Kettle Bell Overhead swings (24 Kilogram or 52.8 bls)

12 pull ups

3 Rounds for time

 

I did my 100 push ups!!! afterward, along with:

2 sets of 60lbs dumbell press and knee grab plyos, 10 of each

2 sets of upside down sit ups and split squat jump plyos, 10 of each
