Day 35 of 100 - Stronger and Stronger
February 4th.
Strength is not a huge focus of mine, but is still cool when you do things you have never done before. Inspired today by James and Blake at Crossfit Central. I did the following sequence with 175lbs, they did it with 205 lbs.
Warm up
Must complete the entire sequence without dropping the bar to get a mark. 5 attempts. I did 135lbs, then 155lbs, missed twice at 205lbs, and completed 175lbs.
7 Dead Lifts
5 Hanging Cleans
3 Push Jerks (Overhead)
(And 100 push ups!!! afterwards.)
