If you log, you will lose...If you don't you WON'T!

Do you carry a little extra stored energy around your mid-section? Top-Section?? Bottom- Section??? Would you like to kiss it goodbye for the long term?

We have but two choices staring us in the eyeballs. One, have a Zen moment one starry night while having enchiladas and margaritas, deciding to eat perfect for the rest of your natural existence. That is to say water, egg whites, oatmeal, green vegetables, lean meat, legumes, and green tea are just about the only substances that will ever pass your lips, OR…

You can track your nutrition for 100 days in a row. No, not counting points for the WW super manipulators out there. I mean logging and reviewing how much actual food you eat and how many calories you burn in a day. Ever bounce a check in your life trying to balance a checkbook in your head? There is no difference with your body only you don’t get a letter saying you are overdrawn. If we went two months without tracking our money it would likely be financial Armageddon. Can’t we track our food for just a few months to melt our brains back to reality?

Now….if you want to curl up in a fetal position, weep like a baby, and quit after 2 days, then attempt to log by hand, otherwise please, for the love of juju beans, use a computer.
