Day 37 of 100 - It's my Birthday
February 6th.
I just fit this bad boy in today. 2 mile run, 100 push ups!!, and stretched.
It was a day of reflection and joy...
Day 36 of 100 - Short but Sweet
February 5th.
Today I did a workout that Crossfit calls the "Helen". Its short... between 10 and 15 minutes but you feel like you worked out for an hour.
Day 35 of 100 - Stronger and Stronger
February 4th.
Strength is not a huge focus of mine, but is still cool when you do things you have never done before. Inspired today by James and Blake at Crossfit Central. I did the following sequence with 175lbs, they did it with 205 lbs.
Day 34 of 100 - Military Fitness
February 3rd.
Fitness military style still gets it done. Foam roll, Drills, Stretch, then....400 meters and 20 pushups x 5. (Total 100 push ups!!!)
Day 33 of 100 - Fight Gone Bad
February 2nd.
Here is workout designed to REALLY push your conditioning....(I did my 100 push ups!!! later at night. DK
Day 32 of 100 - David vs. Hershel Walker
February 1st.
Hershel Walker won his debut into Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) last Saturday. I did my best to imitate him in this photo comparison. Hershel out weighs me by 40 lbs and has less body fat, but I thought this would be cool. (Workout: Warm up, Jump rope, 100 push ups!!, 20 tricep dips, 10 sit ups. )
