Daddy Dave saw a sonogram this morning of a Tiny King or Queen!  We heard the heartbeat and everything...

Note: I thought those test were done on the stomach...Imagine my surprise the see the MEGA size vaginal wand that seems to be a new tool of the trade.  TMI???  Here is my workout and a picture of the sonogram.

1) I absolutely, positively, did not know that many people put band aids on their nipples before running a marathon. I found out why they do .....OUCH! (I also added a short video recap at the end of the post.)
