Day 73 of 100 - Exposed!!
March 14th.
I was exposed as a 2 day a week crossfitter with the 3rd and final workout of the competition on Sunday. This last workout was a morter forker. Here is what it consisted of...
Day 72 of 100 - So nervous I almost threw up
March 13th.
First things first. I freakin fell asleep with 30 push ups left of my 100 last night. But I didn't have time to mull over it too much because I was about to have to row 2000m (or about 7 minutes of pulling like a maniac) and then have 10 seconds to walk over to a bar with 275lbs and deadlift it as many times as I could without dropping the bar or stopping at the bottom...Here is what I did...

Day 68 of 100 - Get that Mojo workin!
March 9th.
Man oh man. I debated on going to Crossfit today with my stomach flu, but my sweet wife suggested I just go and do the best I could. (I love that woman.) My whole body felt like it had all the blood drained from it. But...I ate an apple at 5:45am before my first appointment, half a peanut butter sandwhich, and one more apple ...Here is how it went...
