March 26th.
Angie is THE bench mark for basic strength and muscle endurance. I have done it twice before, once in 24:30 and then in 20:30. I want to crush it at next Tuesdays test in 18 minutes or less. So tonight I practiced with the following.....

March 25th.
This book the Go-Giver was recommend to me 3 years ago, and then about 5 times since then...so I finally gave in and read it. Guess what? It is a little tiny book and in less than a week it has dramatically improved my life. Think that is hodge podge? I dare you to read it. Day 80 of 100 - Cleaning House
March 21st.

You know how it is....cable bills from 2001, a bunch of electronic wires and old cells phones I "might" need some information off of, and just tons of trash that I once thought was useful.......and now......its gone. Two bags of trash and 1 visit to the container store later.....My office closet, bookshelf, and and desk drawers look like something out of extreme home make-over. MAN.....that feels good. Here is my workout....
