Day 100 and 10,000 push ups!!!

Written by DK

April 10th.

The 100 Days of at least 30 minutes of exercise and 100 push ups concluded today. Here are the highlights of what has happened to me....

There are MANY MANY individuals who helped me accomplish what I have written below.  My heart and love go out to my wife Chelsea who supported me 100%. (and followed me on runs in her car, and filmed me, and coached me, and on and on...Thank you baby.)

1. 10,000 Push Ups in 100 Days

2. Lost 9lbs!!! Blew past my weight goal of 178 and hit 176lbs (down from 185) I lost all of the weight in the last 21 days.

3. Leaner than I have ever been in my life (PR) at 3.8 percent body fat. Rocking the fight club torso. (Thanks for the inspiration Je'von!) Photo shoot scheduled for next week!

4. PR (personal record) on time to do 100 push ups....started at 5 minutes 31 seconds did it today in 3:26. Missed my goal to do 100 in a row. I can do 60 in a row taking my chest all the way to the ground, but prevention of the lactic acid buildup would take more than 100 a day to decrease.

5. Set 11 PR's Crossfit training. Handstand Pushups (10 in a row), Pullups in a row (30), Back Squat (300lbs), Front Squat (225lbs), Deadlift (350lbs), Shoulder press (155lbs), Muscle Ups in a row (4), 2000 meter row (7:13), 1000m row (3:30), Angie in 17:29 down from 20:30, and Cindy 20 rounds in 20 minutes up from 14.

6. Ran a marathon (26.2 miles) in 4 hours and 39 minutes. (man that was nuts)

7. Competed at the Crossfit Games Sectionals. Finished 59 out of 120 of the best Crossfitters in Central and South Texas.

8. Took 6 bags of clothes to Goodwill and threw away, donated, or sold over 300 items I did not need.

9. (With the help of my lovely wife) Cleaned and brought beauty to my personal closet, bath room drawers, bedroom, office closet, outside shed, and garage. I am absolutely stunned whenever I walk into any of these spaces. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. No doubt.

10. Found out I was going to be a DADDY!!!

11. Reengaged with my spiritual program of action and as a result my relationships with my wife, my family, my friends, and my clients have improved 10 fold.

12. Began creation of the website "Super Star CPT" for personal trainers to automate their business and concentrate on clients.

13. Completed the e-book "Hotter Body in 100 Days" with its bonus David's Dirty Dozen Workouts.

14. Finished the written part of the book "Super Star CPT", outlining in detail how a rookie personal trainer can become an influential professional in 1 year.  Waiting on design phase.

15.  Inspired to combine everything I ever learned about life and fitness into an exciting and affordable group class called the 10 in 21 Challenge. It is going to educate millions. In one week with the help of MANY friends it was up and live for people to sign up on the Internet.

16. Read these books: The Instant Millionaire, Financial Self Defense, 4 Hour Work Week (audio), The Go Giver, Problem with Pain (audio), and begun to read Awaken the Giant Within.

17. Blogged for 100 Days.

What an experience.  Life is meant to be lived. I will keep shouting it from the mountain tops for as long as I breath.

Thank you to everyone who has followed this blog over the last 100 Days. I love all of you.

DK

After Ironman Canada I have put a little belly on, maybe I will take the challenge getting ready for Ironman Louisville and see what happens…

Hope to see you next time I am in Austin as well.
