It is max lift week at Crossfit and it ROCKED...Here is what I did today that shocked me...
Warm Up and Drills
Ran 400 Meters
Back Squat
1st Lift 135lbs x 8
2nd Lift 225lbs x 5
3rd Lift 300 x 1 (Holy Crap a new PR! And I went super low!)
Shoulder Press (with locked legs)
1st Lift 135lbs x 1
2nd Lift 155lbs x 1
3rd Lift 165lbs x 1 (Also a new PR!)
Ran 800 meters in 2 minutes 38 seconds. Did 100 Pushups!
