Day 55 0f 100 - Bored = Dead
February 24th.
That's right folks...being bored is the same thing as living dead. BUT....thankfully there is a cure!! Do this...
Get a piece of Paper and a pen right now.
- What are your dreams? (Dreams are defined as what you would do if time, money, or talent were not a factor)
- Put numbers by each one to see which is most important to you.
- Write down one action that will bring your closer to your dream than you are right now.
- Do the action.
Example:
Lower my bills by 20%.
Go down list of EVERY single one of my bills and rip it apart for possible reduction.
Car insurance reduced from $2400 a year to $1000.
Home insurance reduced from $1900 to $1300.
And about 5 other littler things from changing house Air Filters more often, to eating out a bit less.
It was freakin awesome and fun. NOTHING is impossible. The world is changing every second. Never assume things are the same as they were last month or last year.
This was absolutely incredible.

Warm Up and Drills
Crossfit Fran, 21-15-9 of Thrusters (at 95lbs men, 65lbs women) and Pull Ups for time.
This chic does it in about 3 min. Which is OUT OF CONTROL!!!
I set a PR at 8:05 from 8:38 but was taking it slow because I also did an hour of...
BLACKOUT class at Pure Austin. Burned 1200 calories and sweated out 2 lbs of water.
Class included variations of 150 pushups and 150 squats so I hit my quota there!
Apparently the former Marine instructor's mentor was in class so he felt obligated to RAMP it up in his honor. However, I do love the dudes T-shirt. It says, " The beatings will continue until morale improves." Funny.
