I heard about a technique a few days ago on how to get more done in a day than you normally would in an entire week... Darn it if it doesn't really work AND it centers around going on vacation everyday...check this out...
We lost 126lbs in 1 Week!!!
The 30 participants in May's 10 in 21 Challenge lost 126lbs in the first week! That is an average of 4.2 lbs a person!! Here are some things they had to say.....

Day 98 of 100 - Crossfit really is cool
April 8th.
Today I set two PR's at Crossfit. I deadlifted 315lbs 3 times in a row, twice. My previous record was 275. AND I did 43 double unders in a row... previous record was 39.
I know that heavy lifting and doing double unders is not every one's goal, but the point is to keep pushing the limits of human capability. Whether that be mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual. Without resistance their can be no growth. And without support or structure, there is virtually no way to overcome resistance.
So that is why I say Cross fit is cool. It is really a super set up for human beings of any age or gender or background to get through physical resistance and do something extraordinary.
